Bass Guitar and Vocal Harmonies
Mark grew up in a musical household, his father being a jazz pianist. He started playing bass in 1974 with a Cambridge rock band. Over the
years he played with various bands of differing musical styles and types.
In 1980 he ended up playing with a band called Buzzard with the American drummer Tom Gable. What goes around comes around and Mark and Tom are once again back together as the formidable rhythm section of Tequila Sunrise.
Mark first got into Country music when he joined the Budgie Coleman Band in 1993 and played Bass guitar for Budgie for 10 years. Mark now provides the bottom end and harmonies for Tequila Sunrise and enjoys the variety of places and people he sees and meets on the UK Country music circuit.
